Faulty products not reported within 24 hours with video/photo evidence are treated as DOA and are eligible for replacement.
Once a product seal is opened, it enters "Warranty Mode." The warranty is voided if the product or packaging is physically damaged by the user.
For software or functional issues reported after 7 days, the item will be considered for repair only, which can take 15–20 working days.
