Order Confirmation

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations will not be possible, and the return policy will apply.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise, listed prices do not include shipping charges.

Discounts and promotional codes are applicable for a limited time only and cannot be combined with other offers unless clearly specified.

Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery on orders above PKR 2,000. Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you want to change the address it can only be changed before the dispatch by contacting our customer support.

Delivery is available within Pakistan only through trusted courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Time

• 5–6 working days (major cities)
• 7–8 working days (other areas)

Delays may occur due to sales, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Sunday orders are processed on Monday.

You will receive an order confirmation and a tracking ID once your order is shipped. An invoice will be included with your order.

We offer secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). No hidden charges.

Refund and Return Policy

At Login, customers are responsible for checking product compatibility before ordering, as compatibility issues are not considered defects.

Faulty Products

Issues reported within 24 hours will not be considered. Proof (photo/video) is required. Verified cases will be replaced. Refunds apply only to PayFast orders with unopened products. Once opened, products fall under warranty.

Returns (Change of Mind)

Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Items must be unused and are subject to inspection.

COD Orders

No cash refunds. Unopened items (reported within 24 hours) are eligible for a voucher or replacement. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Opened items fall under warranty.

Online Paid Orders (PayFast)

Refunds are only applicable to unopened products, requested within 24 hours. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds may take up to 15 working days and will be issued to the original payment method.

Vouchers Redemption

How to Redeem Your Reward Card Voucher

1. Locate the Reward Card inside your product box.
2. Record a short, clear video showing the Reward Card.
3. Send the video along with your Order ID and Reward Card Serial Number to our WhatsApp.
4. Once verified, you will receive a discount on your next purchase at Login's website.
5. Use the code on your next purchase and enjoy the discount.

Note: Minimum order value to use the Reward: PKR 3,000

Policy Acceptance

Placing an order confirms acceptance of this policy.

Warranty Period

Products generally come with a 1-year official warranty.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Faulty products not reported within 24 hours with video/photo evidence are treated as DOA and are eligible for replacement.

Voided Warranty

Once a seal is opened, it enters "Warranty Mode". The warranty is voided if the product or packaging is physically damaged by the user.

Repair Process

For software or functional issues reported after 7 days, the item will be considered for repair only, which can take 15–20 working days.
