Shipping policy

Our goal is to give you a wonderful experience with our products and service. We go to all lengths to make deliveries stress-free for our clients. Please read the policy to know more about our shipping and returns.

SHIPPING DETAILS

      Free Delivery on orders worth Rs. 1500 or more.

      Every order placed on https://login.com.pk/ will be shipped to a single address listed at the time of order. Please place separate orders if you wish to receive items at multiple addresses.

      We deliver our products through reliable courier partners and may change them as per our convenience.

      Currently, we only accept orders within Pakistan; overseas delivery is not available at the moment.

      We offer free delivery for all eligible orders and do not charge any hidden costs. Please do not pay any amount to the rider other than the item price mentioned on your order.

      Our standard delivery time is:

      -5–6 working days for major cities

      -7–8 working days for other areas

      Delivery time may be delayed during sales, holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

      All orders are processed Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday.

      If your order is delayed, please contact us at 0332-2424334 — our support team will resolve the issue promptly.

      We ship all available items together. However, if some products are unavailable, your order may be dispatched separately.

      You will receive an invoice with your order. If not received, please call 0332-2424334.

      Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from Login Smart Technology.

      You’ll also receive an email with a tracking ID once your order is shipped. If you do not receive these details, please contact us at 0332-2424334.

      Our online payment system is 100% secure. You can pay using your bank credit/debit card or choose Cash on Delivery (COD).

      If the payment amount is deducted but no order details are received, your transaction might not have been captured by our system. The amount will be refunded by your bank within 3–5 business days. For assistance, please contact your bank’s customer service.

      If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please file a complaint within 24 hours of delivery with your Order # and product photos at 0332-2424334.

          CANCELLATION POLICY

            You can cancel your order before it has been dispatched, usually within 4 hours of placing it. Once dispatched, the order cannot be canceled.

            To cancel your order, please call 0332-2424334.
            If your order hasn’t been shipped, it will be canceled within 2 days of receiving your request. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully canceled.

            For online payments, the refund will be processed within 10–15 working days after cancellation.
