Return Policy & Exchange Policy 

Before you place an order, please check that the LOGIN product is compatible with your intended mobile phone or tech of use. 

Damaged Product 

If you have a faulty data cable or handsfree, you will be eligible for a warranty claim as per the given time frame. Please ensure that the product should be in perfect condition as sent to you without any damages to the packaging or else the warranty will be voided. 

Products Return 

We acknowledge that you may have a change of heart after receiving the product. Hence, we offer a return policy that allows returns within 7 days from the date of product receipt. To initiate a return, kindly submit a return request through our LOGIN Technologies Facebook page within 7 days from the date of product receipt, as indicated by the tracking details. To qualify for a refund, the product must remain unopened. Please be aware that customers are responsible for covering all fees associated with returning items. Our team will thoroughly inspect the product before processing the refund. We regret to inform you that any refund requests submitted after the 7-day timeframe will not be accepted.

Customized Orders Returns 

Custom orders are most of the time 100% catered as per your needs. If an order is custom, then you will be eligible for 50% refund only. 

Shipping & Delivery Charges

Shipping and delivery charges are deducted by third party delivery services and are not subjected to return and exchange policy.

Refund Request

After you have filed a return request from us, it may take up to 4-5 weeks to process your refund completely.
