Refund, Return & Voucher Policy

At LOGIN, we aim to provide a fair and transparent shopping experience. Customers are responsible for confirming product compatibility before placing an order, as compatibility issues are not considered defects.

Damage & Faulty Products

Faulty products reported within 24 hours are treated as Dead on Arrival (DOA). Customers must provide photo or video evidence of the fault and packaging. Verified DOA items will be replaced. Refunds apply only to PayFast orders with unopened products. COD orders will receive a replacement or voucher.Once the product seal is opened, it enters warranty mode and is no longer eligible for return or refund.

Returns (Change of Mind)

Return requests for change of mind must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. All returns are subject to inspection, and requests submitted after the 24-hour window will not be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD orders are not eligible for cash refunds. If a complaint is raised within 24 hours and the product is unopened, a voucher equal to the product value will be issued for future use. Shipping charges are non-refundable and will be borne by the customer. Opened products will be handled under warranty only.

Online Paid Orders (PayFast)

Refunds apply only to PayFast orders. Requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery, and the product must be unopened and unused. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and opened products are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping & Refund Processing

Shipping and delivery charges are collected by third-party couriers and are non-refundable in all cases. Approved refunds may take up to 15 working days and will be credited to the original payment method.

Voucher Policy

Vouchers are non-transferable, non-cashable, and valid for a limited time as specified.
