Before you place an order, please check that the LOGIN product is compatible with your intended mobile phone or tech of use.

Damaged Product

If you have a faulty product, you will be eligible for a warranty claim as per the given time frame. Please ensure that the product should be in perfect condition as sent to you without any damages to the packaging, or else the warranty will be voided.

Products Return

We acknowledge that you may have a change of heart after receiving the product. Hence, we offer a return policy that allows returns within 24 hours from the date of product receipt. To initiate a return, kindly submit a return request through our CSR team within 24 hours. To qualify for a refund, the product must remain unopened. Customers will not pay any money for returning items. Our team will thoroughly inspect the product before processing the refund. Refund requests submitted after the 24-hour timeframe will not be accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Charges


Shipping and delivery charges are deducted by third-party delivery services and are not subject to the return and exchange policy.
