packaging. Returns or replacements cannot be processed if the product, box, or
accessories are missing.
If you experience issues with your product, such as
Bluetooth connectivity problems, screen display issues, or calling
malfunctions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. To help
us process a replacement, take photos and a video of the issue and send them to

not damage the product and retain the original packaging. A replacement will be
arranged based on your preference, provided that the product and packaging are
complete. Returns or replacements are not possible for items missing parts, packaging,
or accessories.
