1-Wrong or Physically Damaged Products - Within24 Hours:

We carefully package all orders, but if you receive a product that is incorrect
or damaged—like a broken strap, a damaged body or screen, or faded color—please
contact us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us process a replacement, take
photos and a video of the issue and send them to our customer service team at
030000000. Please do not use or install the product, and keep all original
packaging. Returns or replacements cannot be processed if the product, box, or
accessories are missing.

2. Faultyor Software Functionality Complaints - Within 7 Days:

If you experience issues with your product, such as
Bluetooth connectivity problems, screen display issues, or calling
malfunctions, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. To help
us process a replacement, take photos and a video of the issue and send them to
our customer service team at 0332-2424334.  Do
not damage the product and retain the original packaging. A replacement will be
arranged based on your preference, provided that the product and packaging are
complete. Returns or replacements are not possible for items missing parts, packaging,
or accessories.

3. Product Dislike or Dissatisfaction - Within 7
Days:

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not
satisfied with the product, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Contact our customer support team to initiate the return request. We will
process a replacement of the same value according to your choice.
